WELCOME!

Welcome to my blog! I hope to be a resource to help you in your walk with God. Now more than ever we need to get back to the basic fundamentals of moral living and take a stand for what is right and truthful with God as our ultimate authority. His Word is reliable and preserved and can be trusted, so that is the basis for my advice and teaching. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or topics you would like me to cover. I look forward to sharing what God has placed on my heart. See my website at https://www.lovinggodministry.com/ for books and music I have written that will enrich your life!

Ezekiel 22:30: "And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none." Let's stand in the gap together!

When a Loved One is in a Sinful Lifestyle: What Do You Do?

What do you do when someone you love reveals that they are living in a sinful lifestyle? It could be homosexuality, adultery, fornication, alcoholism, drugs, or even something like cheating in business. Our first reaction is often judgment, even anger, disappointment, confusion, sadness, etc. Then with talking and time, people often loosen their standards, and decide that instead they will choose to love. Love conquers all. I am not perfect either, so why should I cast the first stone? God is their judge. They will answer to Him, not me. My job is to just love them, accept them, and ultimately endorse their sin, right?  Screech!!! Back the car up!

How are you helping and loving someone by endorsing their sin? This is where people take it too far. Yes, always love them. Yes, always be humble and realize we are all sinners in need of forgiveness and prone to sin. No, we are not their judges, God is. However, we are to make judgments when it comes to sin, and watch for danger, and to protect ourselves and our families from it. If someone appears as a shady character, you will make a judgment call and not go near that person until you know more about them. That is good and right and even wise.

If someone you love is blinded by their sin, embracing that sin will not ultimately help them because sin has chains of darkness with it. It leads to bondage, rebellion against God, which leads to their own harm and harm to others ultimately. Sin deceives, and Satan’s final goal is separation between us and God.

Jesus wrote something in the sand to the men wanting to stone the adulterous woman and said he who is without sin, throw the first stone. They all walked away. Then Jesus said, neither do I condemn thee. GO AND SIN NO MORE. She must have had a repentant heart. Jesus knew her heart as He does ours. He did not embrace her sin or endorse it. He forgave her. He admonished her to have a second chance and stop sinning in adultery. She would break off that sinful relationship.

Psalm 34:14-16: “Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.”

If you really love someone, lovingly help them out of their sin if they are willing, pray for them, love them, but yes, hate the sin that will destroy their soul and separate them from God.

Isaiah 59:1,2: “Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.”

Read that whole chapter! Judgment is not being used. Truth fails and is fallen in the street! Judgement is turned away backward and justice standeth afar off (vs. 14). Loved ones will not be saved from their sinful lifestyle by turning your back on sound judgment. Help them back into the fold. Leave the 99 and put your energy into that one lost sheep. That is true love and true caring for their soul. Sin brings with it shackles.

James 1:15: “Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.”

To be honest, I feel heartbroken and disappointed when I see parents cave and give up the fight for righteousness and holy living and endorse their children’s sin because they don’t want the riff in the relationship. The child in sin caused that, not you. You need to protect your other children from sin. Endorsing one child’s sin sends a very strong message to the other children. Do they get a free pass? Sin breaks up families. But sticking to what you know is right may cause the prodigal child to come to repentance and return home, free of the shackles of sin that had a grip on them. They will remember there is a peaceful home they left that is a light in their darkness. They will crave that!

At the beginning of your knowledge of their sin, you can make sure they know why it is sin by sharing God’s word with them. Don’t be sinfully angry and lashing out, but lovingly show them why it’s a sin against God.  They can know you are there to help them through this. But if they continue in their sin, the separation in relationship is on them, not you. When they finally see their sin for what it is (the Holy Spirit will enlighten them when they stop quenching Him), they will make the first move toward restoration. Pray for them and be there with open arms of love when they return home in repentance of their sin.

Romans 12:9: “Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.”

In 2023, let’s not be enablers, but help others live their best life for God to live an abundant life of joy and purpose as they serve Jesus Christ and His kingdom.

Jesus said, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” John 10:10

What Does My World Look Like, and Why Does it Matter? Part 3

I would like to complete my argument about our earth's appearance with the most important part: what God has to say about it. I have to confess that I have overlooked these verses as more symbolism than anything, but in light of what we are actually seeing in science (REAL science) and math, and thinking more clearly and logically about the earth around me, I believe that we should take what God says about our world seriously. After all, He WAS there! He created it! I have typed out all the verses for your convenience, so you don't have to look them up on your own, unless you want to. Some are repeated as they include more than one point. I used the King James Translation of the Bible. I have included more links as well. They explain things, but there is nothing like seeing the Word of God for yourself.

There are many critics of course. Things I have known to be true usually have a following of critics who try to belittle it and cast doubt. More research and experiments need to be done to answer all our questions, but one thing we can rely on is the Word of Truth, by the One who created this world in the first place!

This is a good run down in video format of what the Bible says about this, and the arguments theologians make against the flat earth theory. Are they right, or are they ignoring the plain truths of the Word of God? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abA922nN7_U

The Firmament:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iH4MnXI0sxQ&t=1s - The significance of the Firmament from a biblical perspective

What does the Bible say about the earth? Taken from some slides from Rob Skiba’s presentation:

“From Genesis to Revelation, the earth is consistently described (by Holy Spirit inspired authors) as:

·         Fixed and not moving (spinning, orbiting, etc.)

·         Circular, with edges/corners/pillars/foundations, etc.

·         Under a dome, within which the sun, moon and stars were placed on Day 4.”

Here are some verses to look at and consider what it has to say about our earth. Remember that when heaven is "up" it can't be down or sideways. If we are on a flat plane (not speaking of earth's landscape of mountains and valleys, but that these are set on a flat plane), then everyone looks up, and everyone will see Jesus when He returns.

We live in a self-contained, three tiered system: (Heaven, Earth, Underworld)

Job 1:7-8: And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

Job 37:12: And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth. [think about the "face" of a clock]

Job 38:30-34: The waters are hid as with a stone, and the face of the deep is frozen.

31 Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?

32 Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons?

33 Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?

34 Canst thou lift up thy voice to the clouds, that abundance of waters may cover thee?

Gen. 28:12-17:  And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.

13 And, behold, the Lord stood above it, and said, I am the Lord God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;

14 And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

15 And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.

16 And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the Lord is in this place; and I knew it not.

17 And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.

Ex. 20:4: Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

Numbers 16:31-33: And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them:

32 And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.

33 They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.

Deuteronomy 5:8: Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth:

1 Samuel 28:13-14:  And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.

14 And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.

1 Chronicles 29:11: Thine, O Lord is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.

2 Chronicles 6:4: And he said, Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, who hath with his hands fulfilled that which he spake with his mouth to my father David, saying,

Psalm 46:8-10: Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.

10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

Psalm 113:6: Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!

Psalm 119:19: I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.

Isaiah 14:9-11: Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.

10 All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us?

11 Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.

Isaiah 51:13-14: And forgettest the Lord thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?

14 The captive exile hasteneth that he may be loosed, and that he should not die in the pit, nor that his bread should fail.

Joel 2:30: And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.

Amos 9:2: Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:

Luke 10:15: And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.

Luke 16:19-31:  There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:

20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,

21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;

23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:

28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.

29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.

30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Acts 2:19: And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

Philippians 2:10: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

1 Peter 3:18-20: For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;

20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

2 Peter 2:4-5: For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

Jude 6: And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Rev. 5:3,13: And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

Rev. 9:1-11: And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.

And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.

And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.

And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.

10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.

11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

Rev. 20:14: And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

There is a solid firmament (dome/vault) over us:

Job 22:14: Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit [from Hebrew חוּג chuwg, or circle) of heaven.

Job 37:18: Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?

Gen. 1:6-8, 20: And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day...And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

Ex. 24:10: And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.

Psalm 104:2: Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

Prov. 8:27-28: When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth: When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:

Isaiah 40:21-22: Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth?

22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

[a tent is spread over a flat plane. Isaiah used the word "ball" (not referring to the earth) in another part of the book, so he knew the difference between a ball and a circle. These were two separate words. see Isaiah 22:18: He will surely violently turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord's house.]

Isaiah 45:12:  I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

Isaiah 66:1: Thus saith the Lord, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?

Jer. 10:12: He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.

Jer. 51:15: He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding.

Ezek. 1:22-26: And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.

23 And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.

24 And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.

25 And there was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings.

26 And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.

[This is why some think the throne of God is in heaven above the center of the firmament, over the North Star (the northern lights are a reflection).]

Amos 9:6: It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop [Hebrew אֲגֻדָּה 'aguddah, meaning arch] in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The Lord is his name.

God’s throne sits above the heavens (waters):

Job 9:8: Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, and treadeth upon the waves of the sea.

Job 22:14: Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven.

Job 37:18: Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?

Deut. 26:15: Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.

Psalm 11:4: The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

Psalm 29:3,10: The voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the Lord is upon many waters…The Lord sitteth upon the flood; yea, the Lord sitteth King for ever.

Psalm 33:13: The Lord looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.

Psalm 103:19: The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

Psalm 104:2-3: Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:

Psalm 148:4: Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.

Isaiah 40:21-22:  Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth? It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

Isaiah 66:1: Thus saith the Lord, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?

Jer. 10:12-13: He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.

13 When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.

Ezek. 1:22-28: And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.

27 And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about.

28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.

Ezek. 28:2: Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord God; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:

Amos 9:6: It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop [Hebrew אֲגֻדָּה 'aguddah, meaning arch] in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The Lord is his name.

The Earth is inscribed in a circular (flat) fashion into something with 4 corners and surrounded by water:

Job 11:9: The measure thereof is longer than the earth, and broader than the sea.

Job 26:10-11: He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end. The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.

Job 37:3: He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

Job 38:12-18: Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;

13 That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?

14 It is turned as clay to the seal; and they stand as a garment.  [This is why some believe that the earth is like a stamp with edges around it to hold the water in, like clay is to a seal; it has the imprint in the center and the edges of the stamped 3D image come up like a wall around it.]

15 And from the wicked their light is withholden, and the high arm shall be broken.

16 Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? or hast thou walked in the search of the depth?

17 Have the gates of death been opened unto thee? or hast thou seen the doors of the shadow of death?

18 Hast thou perceived the breadth of the earth? declare if thou knowest it all.

Gen. 1:1-9: In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.  [Remember that a face is usually a flat plane, like the face of the clock, a surface.]

And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.   [The belief here is that the firmament is a solid dome, like a tent over the earth.]

And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

Gen. 49:25: Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb:

[We have assumed "under" is going down toward the center of a ball, and above being outside the ball, but this can just as easily be thought of as up above the flat plane, and down below the flat plane.]

Psalm 24:1-2: The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

Psalm 72:8: He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.  [Ends of the earth suggests an end point, not a ball.]

Psalm 136:6: To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.

Prov. 8:27-29: When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:

28 When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:

29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:

Isaiah 11:12:  And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.   [Corners are not usually assigned to a ball.]

Isaiah 13:5: They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the Lord, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.

Isaiah 40:22:  It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

Isaiah 41:8-9: But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend. Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.

Isaiah 44:24: Thus saith the Lord, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the Lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;

Ezek. 7:2: Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.

Daniel 4:10-11: Thus were the visions of mine head in my bed; I saw, and behold a tree in the midst of the earth, and the height thereof was great. The tree grew, and was strong, and the height thereof reached unto heaven, and the sight thereof to the end of all the earth:

Zech. 9:10: And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the heathen: and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth.

Matt. 4:8: Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

Matt. 24:31: And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Rev. 7:1: And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

Rev. 20:8: And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

The sun, moon and stars are in the firmament: (and the stars shall fall to Earth):

Gen. 1:14-18: And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,

18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.

Psalm 19:4-6: Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

Isaiah 34:4:  And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.

Daniel 8:10: And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.

Matt. 24:29:  Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

[this again states that the moon has her own light and could mean it is not reflecting the sun.]

Mark 13:25: And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

2 Peter 3:10: But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Rev. 6:13-14: And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

[It seems more logical that stars in the firmament above the earth are falling onto this land that is on a flat plane, rather than a ball in space in which the stars would have to fall onto places all over the spinning ball, under it, on the side of it, above it, etc.]

Rev. 9:1: And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

Rev. 12:4: And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

There are “floodgates” (windows) in the firmament:

Gen. 7:11: In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.

[This suggests, as it says in Genesis 1, that the firmament has water above it and below it, and the water below it divided into seas and allowed room for dry land. The water above the solid firmament is not divided, and it can be released onto the earth by God through windows.]

Gen. 8:2: The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;

2 Kings 7:2,19: Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, Behold, if the Lord would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof...And that lord answered the man of God, and said, Now, behold, if the Lord should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.

Mal. 3:10: Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

Earth is a geocentric, stationary world set on pillars:

Job 26:11: The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.

Job 38:4-6: Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?

Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;

Josh. 10:13: And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.

[Notice it does not say the earth stopped; the sun and moon, that circle around the disc on their track, likely the various Tropics like Cancer and Capricorn, which by the way play a role in the seasons, within the firmament stopped.]

[This suggests a sun that is moving, running a race.]

Psalm 75:3: The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.

Psalm 104:5: Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

Proverbs 8:29: When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:

Ecc. 1:5: The sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he arose.

1 Samuel 2:8:  He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and he hath set the world upon them.

2 Samuel 22:8: Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations of heaven moved and shook, because he was wroth.

Joel 2:10: The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:

Zech. 12:1: The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.

Thinking of all these verses along the lines of a flat earth with a dome over it and the sun, moon and stars above the earth INSIDE the firmament makes sense, but it does not with a globe model. The burden of proof lies with those who argue that we live on a sphere, as common sense and our senses, God's Holy Word, and real science that is repeatable, measurable, and observable, have pointed to a flat earth with a firmament (dome) over it. Forget the fake pictures you have seen and look around you. Wake up and open your eyes and see for yourself. Do your own experiments. Remember who it is that has been trying to convince you of a globe - NASA. In the videos in part 2, you will learn more about NASA and its heritage. They are liars. They are the same people preaching to you that you came from monkeys, or a parasite, and that the world came forth from an explosion and not by intelligent design by a loving Creator.

I'm sure not everything they say is a hoax, but because we have to rethink things now from a new perspective, there is still much to discover in our world around us from a vantage point of truth. But I can tell you this: we are not moving and we are on a flat plane. The sun, moon and stars are closer than you think, and they are moving, not us. I am sending this to you as a warning to take heed and eschew evil and cling to that which is good and right and truthful. Choose for yourself, the world's system of lies run by Satan, or God's truth as revealed in His Word and what we can see and discover in the world around us. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. We will cherish truth because it DOES matter. And the glorious truth is that because God exists and has created this beautiful world we are in with meaning and purpose, YOU MATTER TOO.

You are on a solid foundation. Psalm 19:1: "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork." I look around me now with so much hope and appreciation for the care God gives me. Christian, don't be a practical atheist. Look around you and know God has you! He is looking down at His footstool at us, and when we look up, we are looking toward His throne. He is near to us. He cares for us. He is powerful, and we can depend on Him. You can trust every single word in the Bible because while Satan wants to say, "Hath God said?" We now declare, "Yes He has!" What He desires, I will do. What He does not desire, I will not do. Keep it simple and bring all honor and glory to Him forever! Amen!
